Seeing her campaign plummet faster than the stock market after Obama financial regulatory reform, the Norton campaign, through one of their fellow Owens administration cronies, Charles Grice, has filed a complaint against the Buck campaign with the FEC.
The timing of the Norton campaign Complaint right before the Assembly is undoubtedly another coincidence.
The complaint was obviously drated by an attorney, but an attorney who would be responsible for misstaements made in the Complaint, did not sign it. All of the charges are based “upon information and belief” meaning Norton et al are not willing to expose themselves to suit if they turn out unfounded.
Essentially, the complaint reveals that the source of the money that has been donated to various media campaigns for Buck is, drum roll please, the Greeley construction company where Buck worked between his US attorney position and his Weld County District Attorney job. This is not exactly breaking news.
A link to the complaint can be found at:

It is also interesting that the prayer for relief is in the plural, as if there were to be other complainants, but there is only one complainant. I guess we would need to ask Norton’s attorney who would not sign the Complaint.
Does Norton really think Colorado voters would prefer that their elections be funded by DC lobbyists and Greenwich Connecticut hedge fund billionaires as opposed to a Colorado construction company?
I don’t get it.
