Batsh!t Crazy Wingnut Cleans Up Nice

Compass Colorado, the wingnut corporate-funded oil and gas sycophants that recently made news comparing Pueblo state rep Sal Pace to an Iranian madman, is out spreading its ‘fertilizer’ on new fields–this time the working women and men of Colorado.

So much for reasoned discourse, facts, honesty and integrity.  Most adult human beings would be ashamed to be such transparent trollops, but not Compass Colorado or the new asshole-enabling site run by a former Allard and McInnis staffer, as well as past employee of out-of-state coalmining magnates.

But put a suit and tie on crazy and it cleans up nice enough.  Throw it up online, pretend its legitimate news and/or opinion, and voila a veneer of legitimacy is conferred on even the lunatic corporate lap dancers, hoping for another dollar bill in their undies.

The Corporate Server (www.thecoloradoobserver.com) and their chief propagandist MacArthur Zimmerman stands ready to spread disinformation, slime, lies and smears–all in the name of serving their masters, the out-of-state, foreign-owned and other multinational corporate interests that hope to turn Colorado into their fiefdom and energy colony, and Coloradans into coal fracking serfs.

Today’s dribble is brought to us by some respectable-looking besuited man, smiling even, leveling attacks on fire-fighters, teachers, cops and other of our neighbors.

This convergence of lies and the echo-chamber of the Corporate Server that spreads them around like cowshit on a spring field is the right-wing re-envisioning of the ‘Colorado model.’  Will it work or can Coloradans catch a whiff of the smell rising off their handiwork.  As Cheech and Chong once said…’it looks like shit, it smells like shit…I don’t know man, why don’t you taste it?’

Mitt Romney is quoted in a TIME magazine column assessing Obama’s foreign policy.  ”Oh, an F– no question about that.”

Inexplicably, no one questioned Mittens’ foreign policy experience, such as his trips to the Caymans and Zurich to check up on his off-shore accounts.  Nor his crowning foreign policy achievement: being able to order dinner at Trump’s Jean Georges Restaurant in real French!

You know, talk sure is cheap for such a wealthy guy!

Across the talking points horizon, from the local talk show with “Julie and Chuckie” on KOA to Romney, himself, the public employee is  now the target.

For example:  ”Everyone is worried about their retirement, unless, of course, you’re a public employee.”

“Wisconsin’s victory proves that we don’t need more public employees, we need less.”

“We don’t need more teachers, we need to get rid of bad teachers.”

    etc.
