He has seen the reports and he’s not going to quibble about it but he says he doesn’t remember tackling the kid with the flamboyant bleached hair back in high school and taking a scissors and cutting off the kid’s hair. Romney says he can’t remember that but, sure, he did some stupid things in high school, like all kids do, and if he offended anyone by perhaps leading a bunch of other guys in tackling a kid and cutting his hair off, then he apologizes.

Is Romney lying or has he suffered a head injury or is he battling dementia? Because he did the thing and it’s not the kind of thing anyone forgets.
Strapping a dog in a cage to the roof of the car and driving till its death, he remembers. That was something idiotic but not mean. Tackling and pinning down a flamboyant kid in high school and cutting his hair off is beyond mean.
