For starters, we assume that this flyer was only meant for distribution to Adams County Republicans, since it reads in a way that otherwise suggests Weld County DA Ken Buck is a “fellow Adams County Republican.” More importantly, though, we’re surprised to see Joe Coors enlisting the help of Buck in his campaign, given Buck’s toxicity with women voters in the 2010 U.S. Senate race. Buck’s presence could very easily segue into questions about Joe Coors’ support for Amendment 62, the no-exceptions abortion ban of “Buckpedal” infamy.
They just need to be careful about, you know, which doors they send Buck to knock on.
But kids might be crushed when they realize it isn’t an invitation to a 6 year-old’s birthday party.
