    Good morning!

    And no explanations!

boyles had someone on his show, today, who has produced a video claiming that Obama is really the son of a Marxist professor …something Marshall Davis and has been groomed to take over the US and turn it into a Maxist state….hohum.

However, the man claimed that he is mailing a million copies of the video to Ohio.  The question that should have been asked and was not.  ”Where is the money coming from for the mailing and the million copies?

Any chance you could check this out?

    • Libertad says:

Thats Frank Marshall Davis, a best buddie of papa Dunham. He was an avowed commie, socialist, etc…. activist In Hawaii …. a transplant by way of Chicago. He and Barry spent tons of time together and he was a big influence on Barry.

Lots of people say he’s Baracks real daddy. Although I’ve never seen a photo of Davis, I have seen photos of Obama’s Kenyan folk and they have many facial and body proportion characteristics in common with Barack II.

Net 99% chance he ain’t Barack II’s daddy. But in the meantime, a little Democrat encouragement of these folks will provide years of rabbit hole chasing as people seek blood tests, etc….

The real kicker here is that Davis was detailed in one of Baracks books, but when the audio tape came out all references to Frank Marshall Davis were removed. Barack simply didn’t want to get tied up to closely with Davis and can you blame him? Davis was very left wing.

Boyles has been trying to tie this up for months, but the MSM won’t bite. It’s really too late anyhow. But you can’t blame Boyles, he and his business buddies have been hurt bad by Barack. The next four years will be horrible as they folk over millions in new taxes, get hit with inflation, downsize their employees and  face rising costs for those that they can keep on the payroll.

It’s really too bad, Boyles should be discussing Obamas failed leadership as President. He casts himself as a people’s guy and should be enraged with the 8.3% unemployment, 23 million out of work, millions more who’ve given up hope, rise in suicides, shrinking national tax base, business starts that have cratered, nearly 50 million on food stamps and the 47% who don’t pay income taxes.

IIRC from 2008 it was not a hidden fact that Dad’s sentiments were Marxist.  And Mom was obviously not bound by convention.

So, the sins of the father are being visited onto the innocent son?

      I guess that’s logical…………….isn’t it?

  3. JADoddjadodd says:

Williard and the right complain that 47% of Americans do not pay federal income tax – as if this is something new and astonishing.  Actually, the federal government is taxing working class and middle class Americans more than it did when the modern income tax was first adopted back in 1913 after the ratification of the 16th Amendment.  At that time the personal exemption was $3,000.  Adjusted for inflation that would be equal to approximately $350,000 today.  This means that between 90% and 95% of Americans paid no federal income tax.

Nothing new here. Willard is an idiot.

When the Earned Income Tax Credit was expanded in the Tax Reform Act of 1986, President Reagan, who signed the bill into law, called the EITC “the best anti-poverty, the best pro-family, the best job-creation measure to come out of Congress.”

The EITC provides a tax credit to very low-income working families. The credit can exceed federal income tax liability, meaning that some very low-income families actually receive a check from the IRS. Since pretty much all working people pay federal payroll taxes (and also some federal excise taxes like the gasoline tax) even if they don’t owe income taxes, the EITC seemed like a justifiable break for struggling families.

Leaders of both parties agreed, as did President Reagan. That’s as close to a consensus as anyone finds in Washington. It seemed this was one sort of tax cut that everyone supported.

      • Diogenesdemar says:

hasn’t forgotten about the EITC — when he and Boy R-Ayn talk about a “flatter fairer tax code” and eliminating “tax loopholes,” the EITC is among the very first things they’re planning to eliminate.

The obvious consequence of Romney’s anger that 47% of Americans pay no income tax is to make them pay income tax.  Romney’s tax plan already will result in middle income taxpayers paying more because he will have to eliminate deductions like mortgage interest, charitable contributions and, state and local taxes.

What’s new this week is that he also wants to go after those who don’t pay any income tax.  In essence, he is arguing for an Alternative Minimum income tax (AMT) in reverse.  The AMT was established to make sure wealthy taxpayers couldn’t use excessive tax deductions to avoid paying income tax.  Now, Romney will impose a new minimum income tax on the poor and elderly.  The details aren’t out right now — that’s better left to be decided behind closed doors.  But, make no mistake, that is what he is talking about.

You can’t say you weren’t warned.

Bad news for Romney in the same set of numbers: Obama’s hit the 50% mark in Virginia and Wisconsin, with 4 and 6% leads over Romney, respectively.

Lakewood-based FirstBank is closing 15 branch locations, a dozen of them inside King Soopers stores along the Front Range, because the tellers mostly stand around waiting for someone – anyone – to come by.

The other three are stand-alone operations, one each in Avon, Vail and Colorado Springs.

    ….snip….

If anything, the trend is going the other way, with more banks committing to in-store service,” NCBS executive vice president Dave Martin said. “In-store branches, with customers gravitating to electronic channels, actually see it as a big plus.”

Has the Democrat banking bill caught up to FirstBank … or it just the economic malaise in general?

    • raymond1 says:

… and it’s been that way for a while, right? I mean, if the economy is adding net of X jobs a month, you posting just job losses is less than half the story. Kind of like flipping a coin 100 times and saying, “hey look, 50 tails!”

    • AristotleAristotle says:

Maybe you can do some investor research on 1stBank and find out what’s happening there, then see if there are any connections to… you know, anything. Anything at all.

In the meantime, you can also wish in one hand and shit in the other. See which one fills up first.

    • If I go in to a King Soopers, there’s rarely anyone at the FirstBank counters aside from the tellers. Lots of people use the ATMs, but not a lot of people doing banking business – my credit union office has more traffic by far.

I don’t think FirstBank was affected by Dodd-Frank. Most Colorado banks weren’t heavily impacted by the financial crash in 2008 – they retained healthy cash balance sheets, and only tightened their credit approval process a bit as a result. Of course their business is hit by the economic hardship that followed the crash, though. Let me know when we can fully re-regulate the industry and return ourselves to the wisdom we learned from the Great Depression, that kept us from such hardships.
