       Frank McNulty deserves the state Democratic party Democrat of the Year award. He did more to bring in a democratic majority than any Democrat did. We owe him a giant thank you.

       And he continues a proud tradition of bi-partisanship where previously Dick Wadhams was the clear Democrat of the Year winner.
