    1. IBM mostly hires contractors with no vacation, no sick days, no holidays to provide those services to its customers. And oh, btw, same probably applies to all the big name computer companies in the world: very few full time employees; most employees no benefits at all. 

  1. The Washington Post released it's ranking of the most corrupt states. I'm curiously why Colorado was ranked relatively poorly–we have our scandals from time time but we've have relatively few elected officials sent to prison for corruption. Colorado's scandals and number of elected officials sent to prison don't come close to Florida, Illiniois, or Louisiana.

     

      1. Compared to Ilinios were doing well–we're nowhere close. When was the last time a Colorado governor went to prison for corruption? A Colorado Member of Congress?

        As far as Florida is concerned, when was the last time a building failed because the building inspector was paid off?
