Stay out there on the boulevard, Jeffco parents, teachers, and students.
This is a typical public comment period, where the board of whatever agency we're talking about sits there, at best looking bored, at worst not even paying attention, while people speak. Then they vote the way they've already decided, based on backroom negotiations that break the spirit if not the letter of the open meetings laws.
