Also made Yahoo News this AM. Now, if Rep. Chaffetz wanted to be fair and even handed, he would also look into the affairs of the Center for Medical Progress and the Operation Rescue operatives/thugs who are behind the CMP.
The facts that CMP was registered with the IRS as a tax-exempt 501(c)3 with a false mission statement which was changed after the videos were released, the videos were released in heavily edited format without the consent of those filmed and contrary to non-disclosure agreements CMP signed, and that the IRS and FBI are not all up in their business is evidence that the IRS "scandal" is jut so much bullshit.
IRS and FBI won't investigate unless somebody files a complaint. Actually it's primarily an IRS role since IRS approves applications for non-profit status. IRS has been "laying low" since the bad PR several years ago emanating from the apparent scandal where applications from conservative groups got closer scrutiny than did others.
