Stay Classy, Donald Trump (Barking Hillary Edition)

Is this what we want for a President?

A video posted by Donald J. Trump (@realdonaldtrump) on

TIME reports on a new online ad from Republican frontrunner Donald Trump, turning his bile toward the general election and his increasingly likely showdown with Democratic candidate Hillary Clinton:

A new video posted on Donald Trump’s Instagram attacks Hillary Clinton’s foreign policy credentials by showing her—out of context—barking like a bog. The spot opens with the words “When it comes to facing our opponents,” then shows Russian president Vladimir Putin performing martial arts. “Democrats have the answer,” the video goes on, cutting to a clip of the Democratic presidential frontrunner yelping like a canine. It’s followed by another spliced clip of Putin laughing.

The video of Clinton comes from a February rally in Nevada. She was telling a story about a political radio ad from her time in Arkansas that used a barking dog to indicate when politicians were lying. She then imagined how the ad would play today with rhetoric from the GOP field, and she acted out the fact-checking barks.

Look, never mind what that clip was really about in context, Trump’s got Hillary Clinton barking like a dog! And Vladimir Putin laughing at her, except not really either! That’s the beauty of video, you can make it do anything you want.

To include offending general election voters with middle school-level sexist nonsense.

  1. I am sure there is plenty of footage of Trump that can be taken out of context. The question is, do the Dems have the cajones to actually use it?

We saw what happened to Rubio. After months of the press calling for someone to fire back at Trump, the minute he did, they were reaching for their smelling salts.

    1. Pretty sure Dems and outside groups will use everything they possibly can. And there will be plenty. And not just silly stuff. It will be a constant parade of well researched material on all of his flim flam operations. If it's true that 80% of what has been unearthd by Dem oppo research has been kept in reserve to be used only after Trump becomes the candidate, even if that's an exaggeration and only half that is waiting in the wings, it should be more than enough. Also expect increasing and intensified warnings about how unsuitable he is for Commander in Chief from retired military.

  2. I'm going to go out on a limb here and make a prediction. By Labor Day, the Donald publicly refers to HRC by "C" word, shocking most of the nation but energizing his base.

  3. The "problem" is only with the lefties.

the middle already doesn't like HRC much- and none of this kind of balogna will push them away.

to understand Trumpisch, you have to think about Betelgeuse.  The more anyone says his name, the more voters he attracts.  It makes no sense, but there it is. The more negativity he puts out and gets back- the more voters he gets.  He cancelled the Utah debate- the more voters he gets. He threatened riots and bad things if he's not the nominee, the more voters he gets.

its to the point where I believe if he dropped trou, and eliminated in public, with or without reason, the more voters he would get.

i used to think if a candidate shot and killed a child in a crowded place, on camera, their career would end.  Der Trump's would double ratings.
