Ken Buck lacks Cojones

  • by: HollywoodColorado

Call me old school, but I was always taught to be a man. My father taught me that if I had a problem or more specifically, if I had a problem with someone to confront him or her face to face. Ken Buck must have missed the lesson in manhood.

Surprise, surprise, Buck’s latest ad is a continuation in a series of jeremiads over Ref. C and Norton’s position on it.

Buck once again is allowing a 527 to do his dirty work. First it was Campaign for Liberty and now The Declaration Alliance’s Conservative Majority Project that all of the sudden has an interest in the Colorado Senate race.

Buck raised $40,000 last quarter, not nearly the coin required to place ads. So who is exactly pulling Buck’s strings and exactly what will he owe them if elected?

I respect Tom Wiens. At least Wiens has the cajones to actually put his name on the attack ad.

What’s the matter Ken, scared of a girl?

My sources are telling me that the Alliance ad buy is being funded by Jerry Morgensen, a Greeley construction owner whose employees have collectively (curiously?) donated nearly 150,000 to Ken’s campaign (a third of his total contributions!). After Campaign for Liberty shut down Jerry’s 350k ad buy, he used notorious GOP money launderer John Hotaling to move the remaining funds – some 200k – into Declaration Alliance for the new hit.

  1. This is HILARIOUS! Hollywood, if this is a Buck supporting effort, this gonna blow up in his face. Especially if you’re right that someone bundled employee contributions (illegal) to CFL. THEN when CFL balked at that specific project, the donor pulled the money back (uh… violation #2). Then following a large deposit, group #2 places an ad… which doesn’t even say who it actually supports. (Well, that last one isn’t illegal just stupid.) Either Wiens or “Ball-less Buck” (as you name him) is having money thrown around like a drunk flailing at his reflection. If we don’t know who its FOR, how does anyone?

  2. HollywoodColorado – There is no way Buck and be paying, supporting or know anything about these ads.  If he does it’s a major major major fine.

  3. Well “my sources” are telling me that it was actually secretly funded by Jane Norton in another attempt to shoot herself in the foot.

Also how do you know so much about the total contributions of a constructions companys employees to the Buck campaign?  That honestly sounds like it was something that a campaign op-research team would have found and then relayed to you, or perhaps you are a part of the Norton campaign.

If you are apart of the Norton campaign let me tell you this, there will be many, many more outside attack ads on Jane this election especially if you win the primary.  The idea of it being some grand illuminati conspiracy against poor Jane “get rid of the department of education” Norton every time an ad runs will get very old though.

There is always speculation in campaigns but you should not post things on here that are not concrete facts.

  4. .

[They have to relay their info through me, because I’m the only one who can see them.  I see dead people, too.]

Anyway, they tell me that Cleve is behind all these shenanigans.  After all, he’s the only one smart enough in that race to bring 40 disposable cell phones to every candidate forum that will have a straw poll where you can only vote by – you guessed it – cell phone.
