Process servers do charge fees, and I know of no cap. So why not declare a $100 bounty — with the bounty increasing to $500 if you get a photo of Bruce being served?! Hell, I’d pony up a portion of that…

It’s hard to believe that nobody has bothered to sit outside his house 24 hours straight. They knock on the door, wait 3 minutes and leave.
I happen to like the fact that he is about all that stands between the Chamber of Commerce and other lobbyists, and the evisceration of the petition process.
Even so, I could use the cash.

I’d just watch their websites for when they are meeting. Also, his favorite restaurants.
I think I could find him in 6 hours, if sufficiently motivated.
Is it possible that the servers don’t care if they find him ? This doesn’t require Sam Snead, or even Dog the Bounty Hunter.

(which was about 20 years ago) the going rate for service was $20 for three attempts. I’m not sure what it is now. But I doubt anyone is paying enough to get anyone to sit at Bruce’s home for any period of time.

I filed a complaint against his petitions when he ran for Governor in 1994 (about 2/3 of them should have been disqualified and he should not have been on the ballot).
The Denver sheriff had trouble finding him to serve the notice, delaying the hearing date (despite the fact that Benson was the head of the Republican Party and a candidate for Governor).
I found out he was going to a speaking engagement and had a friend walk in to the event. She was able to walk right up to him and serve him his notice so we could get on with the hearing.
BTW, the judge in the case agreed my complaint had merit and would have likely been successful, but she could not hear it because a deadline had been missed (not by me, THAT’s a whole other story). So through clinched teeth, she dismissed the complaint. Benson went on to win the primary but get his ass handed to him by Roy Romer.
The idea of allowing anyone to be a process server suddenly conjures up the Monty Python sketch about successful v. unsuccessful encyclopedia salesman.
