I made it myself. It goes forward in time one second, every second.
“Die. Then I wouldn’t have a vision of the future. No more profound influence than that.”
But that’s too weird even for me.
Then when we got to the future, they’d be ready to eat!
Hmmm, tough choice.
It may sound corny, but “Lead, Follow or Get Out of the Way” isn’t such a bad philosophy to live by.

That’s the next time I expect someone to care what I think.

Gosh, I hope that I’m living every day in a way that positively influences my vision of the future. Isn’t your vision a constant guide? Heck, if I project myself 20, 50, 2000 years in the future, I hope I’m already doing what I would have had me doing.
In spirit, your response best approaches what I was looking for.
In truth, I thought CoPOls frontpaging LB’s
thing was ….well….it had its shortcomings.
