How do you do get a high res/quality print suitable for framing?
And send it to any one of a number of places who will print it for you. Even Wal-Mart will turn a print around in an hour.
My wife showed me this and I dedicate it to all the dog lovers out there.

Scared the hell out of me, then ROFLMFAO. While the kid was sobbing. Feeling bitter about loud people last night, I purposely had the sound way too loud. So it’s incredibly possible that people heard me laughing over the kid’s sobs.
