2. Schadenfreude Watch. Rudy Giuliani Served at his Birthday Party.

   Also, Giuliani declared bankruptcy in order to avoid paying his $148 million defamation judgement. He is living in a $3.5 million Palm Beach condo, and has been unable to live within a $43,000 a MONTH budget ordered by the bankruptcy judge.

   2. This is a "schadenfreude special" week. Steve Bannon is likely to finally get locked up for his crimes. Thursday is the final day for him to respond, and judges on his case indicated that he has no grounds to appeal a prison sentence.

      1. There may also be a bit of schadenfreude from court proceedings in Florida on Wednesday

         U.S. District Judge Aileen Cannon, who is presiding over Trump’s classified documents case in Florida, has granted his request to not be required to attend a hearing in Florida on Wednesday.

         Cannon said counsel for Trump must attend, but Trump himself does not.

         It COULD be a hearing that announces a decisions on some of the pending motions.

3. Penis Baloons? WTF.

   Apparently Trump supporters are launching penis balloons outside the courthouse where Trump is on trial for business fraud. I'm waiting for the whataboutism brigade: "Well, AOC does the same thing".

   1. That is a unique approach to winning over voters. Although I guess, giving MAGat Trumpanzees a thrill is the primary purpose of this exercise.

      Picture yourself as the parent of a small child who comes home with a drifted-down penis balloon with some random face on it. What do you tell your kid?

4. I don't remember discussing this here. Apologizes if it's a repeat: 

   Douglas County High School moved their graduation to the Air Force Academy. Now undocumented students could be shut out

   Several educators question the district’s commitment to equity. The educators said they will not attend the in-person celebration either in support of those students and their family members who can’t meet the ID requirements.
