Talent is God given. Be humble.

Conceit is self-given. Be careful.

"Taco trucks on every corner."
Good or bad for Colorado?
This can only be good. In our 20+ years here as transplants from El Pueblo de Nuestra Señora la Reina de los Ángeles de Porciúncula we've yet to find comparable Mexican food to the several amazing restaurants we left there.
Beyond that, I'd say about half of the "taco trucks" in L.A. have more authentic and delicious food that 99% of the Mexican restaurants here in the Springs. One of the most memorable treats I found was a shopping cart rigged to make pupusas (yes, not Mexican) that were nearly life altering. (And please don't try to tell me about "Green Chile". Gag!)
So, while they freak out about the messicans, we have one more reason to vote D. (And to not be bipartisan with a bunch of sociopathic, lying, greedy, shortsighted, obstructionist Luddites.)
You are welcome to your opinions of what is good, Zappatero – but as a native New Mexican, your Gag! reaction to Green Chile shows a lack of taste and a level of tolerance that (almost) makes you the equivalent of a Texan Republican.
Maybe he's talking about what passes for green chile at the average "Mexican" restaurant. Thumbs up on Salvadoran pupusas, though.
He says that like it's a bad thing.

The Decline and Fall of the Fox News Empire
Wow…….Roger Ailes has a lifelong history of abusive and threatening actions to his employees that was known throughout the political and media environment. Can anyone be surprised?
It took the women to take him down. Revenge is a dish best served up cold by blondes while wearing high heels?
The old saying is still ltrue: Never underestimate the power of a woman.
It's hard to believe that an ass such as Ailes would have kept things so quiet as to not be noticed by his closer allies like Bill O'Reilly, who was himself confronted with sexual harassment allegations. I'm guessing that the women might have talked amongst themselves, too.
The fact that sexual harassment claims sometimes escape arbitration as "outside of the scope of the employment agreement", combined with an apparent history of squashing these claims, is probably enough give Ailes heartburn as he tries to get this genie back in the arbitration bottle.
