We’ve made a change to The Big Line in the race for Governor: Businessman Noel Ginsburg, who made a fortune in the plastics industry, is apparently getting close to jumping into the 2018 race for the Democratic nomination.
We don’t know a lot about Ginsburg other than the fact that he has been a fairly consistent donor for top Democratic candidates over the years. We’ll update more as information becomes available.

If Wayne Williams declares for Governor in 2018, does he have to un-declare for reelection as Secretary of State? Isn't that how we finally got rid of Gessler?
Noel Ginsburg was one of the founding members of the Colorado I Have A Dream Foundation (along with others, such as, Chris Romer) over 25 years ago. This is an outstanding nonprofit organization that adopts entire classes from at-risk Denver elementary schools to increase the rate of high school graduation. They offer staff assistance and mentoring prior to high school graduation. Each child who graduates high school is offered a four-year college scholarship (at community college tuition rates).
Good luck to Noel Ginsburg, a good guy.
