UPDATE: Forgot to include this in my original entry. On January 24, 2009, I privately emailed webmaster at coloradopols dot com to request this deletion. I specifically requested it be handled privately, but I received no response.
Pols seems to have no TOS/TOU or privacy statement. Thus, it’s completely unclear to me what the rules are.
I’m currently trying to have all my account information and posts removed; perhaps someone will take care of that on Monday. But, there is no documentation anywhere on the site that talks about what rights Pols has to postings, and what rights authors retain. I’m currently campaigning to be removed from SquareState as well, but I interpret their position as that my brilliance is so great that they can’t bear to remove it from their blog. So I’m being as big a jerk as I can until they delete me. Pols, please don’t make me take that route here.
