This is the court case I see happening.
Why? It’s simple…Penry is too busy promoting himself, that he sometimes forgets the laws that are established to protect the media…copyright laws.
As a candidate for Governor, Penry should know that what he posts doesn’t violate these laws. Which has been up for several days. Case in point:

Now, just to ensure what I typed was correct, I called 9News and they verifyed that they don’t authorize the use of their broadcast for any purpose, including campaigning. And their website states the following from 9News.com:

However, they can link to 9News.com.
Needless to say, Penry didn’t get the authorization from 9News to post on his website and is, indeed, violating federal copyright laws.
