The Republican National Committee says it will spend $1 million on an August TV and radio ad campaign aimed at getting Democratic senators and representatives to reject health-care reform, several media outlets are reporting.
Some of the money is being spent on a TV campaign now underway in Nevada, North Dakota and Arkansas, but much of it will go to radio ads targeting 60 Democratic reps, including Colorado’s Betsy Markey, John Salazar and Ed Perlmutter. See The Hill’s coverage here:
