We predicted our final post about Herman Cain would not be long in coming. USA TODAY:

Herman Cain says he is suspending his presidential campaign because of the “painful price” stemming from allegations of an extramarital affair.

Cain says he hasn’t given up on America.

“Life can be a challenge. Life can seem impossible. It’s never easy when there’s so much on the line. But you and I can make a difference,” he says. “There’s a mission just for you and me. Just look inside and you will find just what you can do.”
