If you want to participate in party caucuses coming to Colorado in March, you must declare your party affiliation by TODAY, January 4th, 2016. We’d guess that most Colorado Pols readers don’t have to worry about this, but you should still pass it along to your less-politically active friends.

Of course, if you affiliate with the Republican party at the last minute, this will do you very little good as the Republicans have abdicated any role for their caucuses in the GOP Presidential nomination race and newcomers have no realistic shot at being sent to the National Convention where they would have some impact on that race if it isn't already a fait accompli.
