1- Whether union backing matters in a district (and state) that has very little union representation.
2- Whether 5:1 spending matters when everybody (well, everybody rational and reasonable that is) agrees the ‘5’ is an attempt to buy the election.
3- How close the “expert elicitation” of Pols commenters is to the “expert” body the National Journal pulled together to predict a resounding Hillary Clinton win even after Obama crushed her on Super Tuesday. (Last count has Joan winning by 5-10 with Will a very distant 3rd.)
4- How important the enviro block is for CD-2 and whether Polis has bought enough of Shafroth’s support from it.
5- Whether Shafroth’s go late and go positive strategy was a good idea or bad idea.
6- Whether Polis’ carpetbombing approach to name ID worked.
7- Whether political organizing and backing from well-organized groups (Fitz-Gerald) beats personality (Shafroth and Polis).
