When the Second Amendment Trumps the First Amendment:
In Tennessee, one can legally carry a gun into the legislative office building in Nashville; however, hand-carried signs or signs on sticks are a "safety hazard".
So, concealed carry AOK, Public dissent and protest, not so much. ACLU is suing.
I expect to hear from Negev and Moderatus about why this is fine.
