“Power does not corrupt. Fear corrupts…perhaps the fear of a loss of power.”

Secret memo reveals: Trump stinks!
Bernie Sanders endorses Democrat Emily Sirota in primary challenge against Paul Rosenthal
In a reliably Democratic district, we will apparently have a 3-way contest for the primary. A 6-year incumbent with dismissed (on jurisdiction) harassment charges, an activist who lost her previous race for a school board seat, and a first-time candidate who works for Planned Parenthood's political arm.
Ought to be interesting.
I'm psyched. Women get shit done, and tend not to be all gropey mit der colleagues. And, of course, I love it that Sanders is straight-up backing Sirota.
"The memo" is out. Find it at your favorite national news source. Somehow FOX got it first…
“Somehow.” Imagine that??? . . .
. . . Seeing today how much the markets are liking the Orange-faced Shitgibbon’s stable genius and steady leadership . . .
. . . release the flying monkeys!
What's more interesting to me is whether Trump will claim credit for the (as of this moment) about
515580675 point dump in the Dow. My bet is someone else will take the hit.__ Deep State
__ Congressional Democrats
__ Congressional Republicans

I wonder how much of a hit Nutlid's portfolio took. He my want to save a few Kleenexes for his tears of despair.

There was sure to be a drop in demand after Fluffy’s huge SOTU stockpiling spree?!
Ashley Wheeland deserves the respect she’s earned in Colorado for her strong support of reproductive justice for all women as the Policy and Legislative Director for Planned Parenthood. She worked as a strong advocate for the LGBTQ community as an ally and Policy Director for One Colorado. She has also provided life long support of people with disabilities (her Mom has a traumatic brain injury and her Dad who is visually impaired). Aa member of the Civil Rights Clinic at the DU Sturm College of Law Ashley was among those recognized as Attorney of the Year for their efforts in a successful suit brought forth to address administrative segregation of an inmate in need of mental health support. Ashley was the Policy Director at Colorado Consumer Health Initiative and she helped to set up the Colorado Medicaid Health Exchange. And she was a Legislative Director for Secretary Ken Salazar when he was in the US Senate. She is eminently qualified to serve the folks in this district and in Colorado.
What district do you reference? Is she running for something?
TRACER says House District 9. S Aurora-E Denver-ish. Virginia Village, Glendale, W side of Cherry Creek Dam.
It’s Paul Rosenthal’s district now, referenced in this diary.
HD 9. Southeast Denver.
Meet actual Nazi, and the presumptive Republican contender for Illinois' 3rd congressional district, Art Jones.
This should energize the base.
