Reminder: I’m working with Coloradans for Financial Reform, so I do have a dog in this hunt.
Hundreds of consumers will call on big banks and health insurers to stop the greedy and abusive practices that harm everyday Coloradans tomorrow at 17th and Lincoln St., 3:30 PM. Come on down to say loud and clear: “We’ve had enough – put consumers first!,” and write postcards to U.S. Senator Michael Bennet and the rest of our Congressional delegation.
We want financial reform and health care reform. Coloradans who work hard and play by the rules deserve nothing less.
Financial and health care corporations have put millions of dollars into killing federal financial industry reform and health care reform to protect their profits, at the expense of the very people they serve. Colorado families have borne the brunt of their reckless behavior, from home foreclosures to health crisis bankruptcies. It’s time to choose Main Street over Wall Street.
Join us tomorrow (Wednesday) at 3:30 PM on the corner of 17th & Lincoln.
