UPDATE: It’s been brought to our attention that this event is not hosted by Michael Hancock’s re-election campaign, but rather the Mayor’s official capacity. The event’s name, however, has not changed.
Is that better? We’re agnostic.

We’re just going to leave this here in the hope that someone on Denver Mayor Michael Hancock’s very talented communications team will see it and act immediately to change the extremely unfortunate name of this event.
That is all.

Better than "Sexting With Hancock"
Just got a mailer from "Friends of Denver's Future" hammering Hancock on "Pay to Play" politics. I'm not able to find them on the Sec'y of State site or Denver's Election website, but that could just be my unfamiliarity with looking them up.
The address given is 8811 E. Hampden, Suite 217, Denver, CO 80231
It would be interesting to know who is really ticked off at Hancock (besides a lot of Denver voters) and financed this mailer

Thanks MJ! Very interesting. Probably more will come out soon after the election, and potentially a runoff.
Hi MJ — Andrew Kenney of the Denver Post just caught up with your scoop!

Thanks, Davie. It's not the first time. After I retire and can publish under my own name, perhaps I'll even start getting credit….
