  1. Schedule I

    1. The drug or other substance has a high potential for abuse.

    2. The drug or other substance has no currently accepted medical use in treatment in the United States.

    3. There is a lack of accepted safety for use of the drug or other substance under medical supervision.

How does this not describe beer? Alcohol in general? Nicotine?

Hell- how does this not describe saturated and trans fats?
Not too mention cortisol, endorphins, or adrenaline.

When I think on this for awhile in the libertarian spirit I conclude that it's just capital* (rich people) making sure the labor works (for them).

    Y= F(K,L(a))

  2. Colorado Pols/Progress Now, Safeway is paying truck drivers $25.56 per hour. Will you promise to get in touch with Melisa so she doesn’t have to work a Colorado mandated minimum wage job that is less half the market rate. Or do you want to continue to exploit her for your political purposes?

    Powerful Pear

    1. What year did you graduate from Stoopid School?

Wages have gone up because cities and states (some of them, anyway) give a fuck about all their people, not just the rich ones. There a few decent people, running the occasional giant corporation that care, too. Many small businesses try to treat their people right.

The Trumplican© party works only for those already in power and the wealthiest Americans. The rest of us can just keep paying our taxes and do as we are told.

        1. Melissa is a communist anarchist lesbian muslim hijab-wearing terrorist that Progress Now invented to try to show it's tough living on a $7.25 minimum wage.  Pear immediately went into shock and has periodically emerged to bash this mythical krupskaya for not buckling down and inheriting billions (in current dollars) from her father like Trump did.

  3. Nathan Gonzales, Editor and Publisher of Inside Elections tweeted today that Ken Buck told several people at a Florida fundraiser that he is considering not seeking re-election….

    1. Horrifying considering the pool of likely replacements…Hoblert, Saine, Marble, P. Neville. Best case scenario is hoping Perry Buck runs for her husbands seat and wins on name rec alone.

  4. Melisa is a real person who Progress Now coordinated with to produce a video in support of State legislation to raise the minimum wage. In the video Melisa speaks about how hard it is to make ends meet on the minimum wage. And all she wanted was some of the good stuff like other people have/do.

The video played on Colorado Pols, generating lots of sympathy for a single mother to a 10, and 19 year old. Progress Now fund raised off the video and claimed to have had 60,000 views. If only those 60,000 had designated $1 to Melisa it could have made a meaningful difference, but instead Progress Now used Melisa as a prop, a human tool to promote their political agenda.

    You missed a lively discussion.

    1. Let me fix this for you, Pfruit:

Melisa Corporations is a real person who Progress Now Congress coordinated with to produce a video in support of State legislation to raise the minimum wage. of a billionaire tax giveaway. In the video Melisa CEO's speaks about how hard it is to make ends meet on the minimum wage without a massive tax break. And all she  they wanted was some of the good stuff giveaways they could buy with their political influence like other people have/do.

The video played on Colorado Pols, to Congress, generating lots of sympathy for a single mother to a 10, and 19 year old billionaires. Progress Now Republicans fund raised off the video and claimed to have had 60,000 views. If only those 60,000 had designated $1 to Melisa donated the maximum federal amount to Repulicans, it could have made a meaningful difference, but instead Now Progress Now  Congress uses Melisa  the laffer curve as a prop, a human tool to promote their political agenda.

You missed a lively discussion the pillaging of our national treasury.
