We’ve seen it. All the recent insanity has got me thinking. Either pre-primary to destroy Norton and ensure that Buck (who absolutely can not win the general election) gets the nomination, would it be wise for Dems to put up the Norton 9/11 ad just to show how insane this woman is?

For starters I think they are both too extreme to be good senators for this state. That said, I think Norton does have a greater chance of moderating herself that Buck does. But despite that, I think that – as a democrat – I’d rather face her in the general because she’s proven to be a totally incompetent campaigner. While buck has a bunch of extreme positions that will make it hard for him to win, I think Norton has made progress in developing her own portfolio. That, combined with her penchant for saying stupid shit, makes me think I’d rather face her.
“Buck absolutely cannot win the general election”
Did you see the latest poll? Buck is up by 9 pts over Bennet and 2pts away from 50% already!
No one’s running against Buck among the general electorate. Not yet, anyway.
there are actually a few Democrats running in the general election. Why I don’t know, I guess they’re gluttons for punishment.
