That is about the only time a right-winger like yourself will come out for women’s or gay rights, democratic reform, etc….when you are bashing a Muslim country for being “so much worse”.
And Trump's buddies the Saudis are known for not allowing women to drive, much less vote, death by stoning, sawing up journalists, dissenters jailed for speaking up, women lashed for being victims of rape. Definitely brothers in spirit to your extreme Dominionist Christians.
News flash: Iran has had pro-democracy student protests, worker strikes for wage theft, and Arab Spring protesters for the last fifteen years, including last year. They tend to advocate for more equal rights for women – not sure about gay folks. The protesters tend to be brutally suppressed by the Iranian government.

What "rats" are those, Pear. Our presence in Iraq is supposed to be very limited since the agreement signed in 2007 by President George W. Bush that withdrew our main forces.
I love how Predictable Pear will discuss the merits of the US Government sanctioning the killing of Iraqis in their country, but used the Afghanistan papers to discuss how the Federal Government can't be trusted because they misled the public on the war in Afghanistan for a long time.
