Election season is finally upon us! County clerks will begin sending out mail ballots at the end of this week. In 2020, Colorado voters have a lot on our plates: the presidential election, Colorado’s red-hot U.S. Senate race, seven congressional seats, the Colorado General Assembly, county and local offices, and state and local ballot measures.
This year, ProgressNow Colorado has put together the most comprehensive information clearinghouse on the 2020 elections in our state available anywhere. It all happens this week!
Step one: familiarize yourself with the eleven statewide ballot measures we’ll be voting on in Colorado this year. Get the ProgressNow Colorado 2020 quick reference sheet now, a simple one-page printable guide to the statewide ballot measures:
Step two: on Friday, when ballots are set to begin delivering in Colorado, watch your inbox for ProgressNow Colorado’s comprehensive guide to races and ballot questions across the state–from the presidential election to your local community. Our all-new Progressive Voters Guide goes beyond the bullet points with in-depth research into hundreds of candidates and ballot questions at every level of government in Colorado.
Thanks to our Board of Directors, partner organizations, and researchers who put hundreds of hours into producing our ballot guides. Our objective is for every Colorado voter to cast their vote with the information they need to make a smart decision all the way down the ballot.
It’s finally time to vote. This is the moment we’ve been waiting for for four years. Here are more ways to fight back for the week of October 5:
