I did get to listen to (too) much of his questioning of witnesses during the Agricultural Committee hearings this past Monday, and while I did not get the impression that he was “heartless,” I did get the impression that he might not be the “quickest” Republican in the House this session.

That being said; Brown is a douche. He voted against it because it’s a government handout for technical adults. No, I haven’t heard him say it. But if you ever hear a reason, that’ll be it.
