Sharron Angle’s Nevada libertarian mouthpiece in in the last election has a one-side anti-union article…with the surprises ever end?
But as usual, you leave out the corporate intimidation tactics that made sure that the union vote would fail:
http://www.startribune.com/bus…
Maybe little corporate “undue influence” in busing employees to the voting place – no doubt completely free provided they told the Target union-busters which way they voted:
http://www.startribune.com/bus…
Just ’cause I passed on FPE doesn’t mean I would track and refute your morning bullshit ‘tad…
You can’t and won’t tackle the issue at hand.
Maybe you could quote recent investment successes driven by the US Dept of Labor ala the Boeing ruling that mandates where Boeing shall locate it’s plants?
….you almost had me surprised with a decent post a few weeks ago, but you’re back to your old ways of posting the most unbelievable crap your can find online, hoping it’ll be considered legit just because it’s “first.”
Guess we did not receive you seal of legitimacy, so crushed.
BTW, speaking of legitimacy, how many votes did you get for FPE?
Do yourself a favor and look up the difference between its and it’s.
Ray I love your signature as it illustrates the core of todays liberal thought which is, if it doesn’t fit the narrative, take it out of context and twist it til it does. Truth, what truth,
Keep it up Saul Alinsky, keep it up.
… which require no further context than themselves, notwithstanding the cliched “uh, I’m being quoted out of context” everyone pleads after saying something stupid.

Conclusion:
These racist attacks can, at least in part, be attributed to the black elite, who have a vested interest in racial paranoia. And that includes a president who has spent years aligned with people who have promoted racial grievance and polarization and appointed an attorney general who’s accused us of being “a nation of cowards” on matters of race and has refused to prosecute black thugs who gathered at a Philadelphia voting site in blatant violation of federal voter intimidation laws. Tragically, black youngsters – who are seething with resentments, refusing to accept educational and other opportunities unknown to blacks yesteryear – will turn out to be the larger victims in the long run.
Black silence in the face of black racism has to be one of the biggest betrayals of the civil rights struggle that included black and white Americans.
There you go again. Nobody is pleading but you.
Keep the dream buddy. Keep the dream.
This just gives me an excuse to post this. So poignant.

There’s just absolutely no excuse in the universe that UFCW guy could possibly come up with.

RE: Discrimination
Don’t put your discriminatory corporate practices into writing in your policy manuals.

So what is Card Check if not the same?
as long as the side of the Union does it, but if the side of the company does it then it is not fair…
Dissension from the union agenda must be crushed, geez you have been here long enough you think you would have learned that by now.
Joe got back from his overseas travel and they scheduled a golf match with John and John. What I was shocked about was the complete failure of the lame stream media to report out on the post golf match successes that Barry and Joe achieved.
Worse, why won’t the lame stream media ever quote Democrat leaders when they venture out to criticize Dear Barry?
http://washingtonexaminer.com/…
“lame stream media”. Don’t expect to be taken seriously while doing an impersonation of Sarah Palin. Bet you look cute in the in high heels, though.
Palin parrots are maybe the funniest part of any political conversation.
t>
Picking and choosing minor gaffes and mis-speaks from the President.
TOTALLY the same as Palin sounding like she knows absolutely nothing every time she opens her mouth. Totally.
What newspapers do you read, Sarah?
“Oh, all of ’em! You betcha!” /wink
She’s a fucking moron. Watching you defend the Snowbilly Grifter is pretty funny, though.
Nobody ever did anything like that to Bush!
The Monday Night Football thing is pretty awesome, though. Endearing.
If so, why do it to another president and perpetuate that type of political “dialogue?” If not, why bring Bush up as a defense rather than defending the tactic itself?
I just thought it was kind of funny. Not terribly cruel or anything.
No sound on this computer. I’m just butting in because I like to demand that people defend what I see as silly rhetorical practices, like the “but they did it to my guy” thing.
but Mom, Johnnie did it too (or first or something even worse) defense. Used only when you know you have no real defense. As when, there you are, hand in cookie jar. Generations of moms have, quite rightly, rejected it as irrelevant. Responses generally went something like this…We’re not talking about Johnnie right now. We’re talking about you, buster.
Bush was a fucking moron, too.
At least I think GWB is a decent man who wasn’t very smart and was led astray by some really negative personalities, namely Cheney and Rove. Sarah Palin is a grifter, taking money and publicity from supporters while deriding every question as a “gotcha” question and every question of qualification with the victim card.
http://www.theatlanticwire.com…
Like our illustrious SoS Gessler, he didn’t have anything to substantiate the claim but what the heck…smoke signals starting fires are as good an excuse to attack illegal immigrants as any.
For he is the enemy, and must be blamed for everything!
that became noticeable during 2008 are getting worse.

Idaho State Sen. Arrested For DUI And Grand Theft Auto
Or unhitched the trailer.
When two of the Dads having dinner were born and raised in Idaho, know Jackpot, Nev., where McGee said he was going and one brings up the story…well let’s just say we got a few stories about gambling all night in Jackpot and driving home blurry eyed before sunrise.
Of course they discouraged the younger generation from repeating such actions.

I doubt that any good will come of this man’s decision to commit suicide as a final “proof” of his self-concept as a victim of organized persecution, but perhaps it will at least help family members to understand that similarly fatalistic statements by their loved ones may be more than just “venting.”
The mental health crowd is the third reason I said no. Some people think they are geniuses with their Masters and PH D’s. Others think they are so wacky that they call them fruit loops. Well, I have a third name for them. Suckers. They did not get hired for their medical ability. They got these because they were willing to take these cases off the judge’s hands. Which has done nothing for the credibility for their profession. We are not here to help-we are here to unload. And they created a liability that did not previously existed. If a judge releases a defendant and he goes kills someone, that judge or the judiciary cannot be sued. But a mental health worker, and their employer certainly can be held liable. Our judiciary is now using the mental health field like a ten dollar whore.
Taken from Tom Balls suicide letter.
Attacks of one or another sort on the mental health profession are extremely common in people who desperately need help for their own mental health. They resist treatment by, in one way or another, writing off the people who could help them as bad, evil, useless, unworthy, so on and so forth. The willingness to do almost anything to avoid help is one of the saddest, sickest symptoms of mental illness.
Mark, I had not thought it possible to hold you in any lower regard, but again you prove me hasty. People like you make me sad for humanity.
Only a seriously fucked up individual would even post that link with your commentary….
For clarification purposes, the individual who torched himself gave explicit instruction how to create a movtok cocktail and what to do with it. Burn baby burn was a fitting subject for many reasons.
Sorry you ColoradoDolers have so much trouble dealing with reality. The New Hampshire man did this and the New Hampshire paper printed his suicide letter, I simply provided a link. Go ahead murder the messenger you cradle to grave chronic bed wetting CDolers.
is much better than your grasp of it.
Better call the wambulance. Have them bring a MickyDs happy meal with a side of cries.
why don’t you explain why you thought it was interesting or relevant to a Colorado political blog.
There were things I found interesting in the note. The guy had been in pain for 10 years, DV and child abuse statutes have a wide application that is often misapplied (don’t know if it was in this case), the mandatory arrest/mandatory charge policies are bad. The lack of mental health care for a guy declining for 10 years (maybe more).
You on the other hand are saying something different from your parents basement, which is why you take pleasure in luxuriating in cruelty.
But you’re reaching if you think Mark G can get to where you’re leading him.
With just the facts of the story, there was something wrong with the guy who slapped his girl hard enough to cut her lip. Then, as you state, once the system got a hold of him, the odds were against him.
The man accurately recognized that he needed help in some phrases and went paranoid schizo in others.
While the original intent of the posting was fucked up, the reality is jails and the criminal justice system are the largest mental health providers in the country. We no longer treat our citizens with mental health issues (and there are sooo many these days), we lock them up and make things worse for them, and us…
Sorry to get all melancholic. The article did and Mark G’s insanity did that…
First, I posted in open thread; maybe you should redefine open as libs have so many other words. What is, is. Secondly, if you think Colorado is an island you have no comprehension as to Federalism or violation thereof.
Relevance to POLITICS, you dim bulb.
(. . . and I pause now to note that if those two words had never ever been used together before, someone would have had to today — for the first time ever — just to adequately begin describe you . . .)
In the one case you’ve got a local newspaper reporting on the actions of a local man who, in his sickness, included that newspaper as part of the story by sending them his letter. In the other case you’ve got this stupid fucker splashing that (local) story to folks several thousands away to satisfy his twisted prurient sickness.
See the difference, “messenger”? Probably not — and that’s exactly why “stupid fucker” would have had to have been invented to describe the messenger.
Fucked up.
That’s just a hideous, sad thing to post on a political blog. For shame.
Christie has a serious problem and I’m not talking about his polling numbers. He needs to turn himself in to a qualified mental health expert.
Just wow. What a bully.
I’m sorry, but that sounded like a reasonable question to me.
Wealthy, elitist Tea Partiers don’t have to answer reasonable questions from their constituents.
Good for him.
His popularity is sure to keep plummeting and the next NJ Gov will probably be a Dem, thanks to this one’s captivating charm. So hats off!
this guy will have to get before your side starts embracing him?
thought I was replying to
ellbee’sthe Fascist Handmaiden’s NSFW video (but, on second glance this comment would seem to be appropriate just about anywhere on today’s open line).I don’t even know what to say about this, other than holy fucking shit, but wanted to make sure everyone sees it.

I guess based on the data that shows 46% of the slavery is driven through acquaintances, our illegal alien problem likey plays some small minor part …. right?
Come on your analytical Democrats …. let’s break out the logic that proves no direct link between the USAs massive illegal alien problem and its massive and hidden human trafficking.
I think that having a more reasonable immigration policy would help much more. Then we’d have documented immigrants instead of lost souls dying to come someplace better and getting stuck in slavery instead. But who knows? We certainly don’t have enough information to make a sweeping generalization.
From the link provided:
would rather have slavery, since those people are largely hidden from sight. You enact some kind of “reasonable” policy and the next thing you know, they’re moving into your neighborhood.
It’s rare that anti-illegal immigration folks let it slip that they’re actually anti-immigrant, period, but Libby’s record on this count is already a bit chequered.
.
said that about 300 Indonesian domestic workers were executed in KSA last year.
that is shocking.
KSA outlawed slavery in 1962, one of the last places to do so.
I think that is connected somehow to why the Bush family is so close to the al-Saud family.
.
