Sandra Fluke and President Obama are asking no taxpayer to fork up for the private health insurance plans of Georgetown University students. If you are going to mouth off on talk radio about Sandra Fluke’s congressional testimony or if you’re going to mouth off on Twitter about it or about Limbaugh’s mouthing off about it, you should take the tiny bit of time it takes to get the basic outline of the story straight. Colorado’s country senator Greg Brophy, in excusing Limbaugh’s offensive and offensively uninformed remarks, made the same error of understanding as did his big fat “icon and hero.”
Now comes that crappy Denver paper to transcribe without correction the Brophy misinterpretation of the law and the scandal yet again, as if Brophy needed another platform from which to spout the silliness.
It’s the reason newspapers suck.

Why? The whole point of talk radio rants is to spread misinformation. You don’t get ratings speaking the truth.
