DeSantis is worse than Trump. He must be stopped.
I think the orange insurrectinist will pummel the other Florida Man; that the ungrateful upstart is peaking too soon, and TFG is in early with a need to smash things. So Ron may be doing us a favor, since if they come at him one at a time some one might arrive late enough to actually take him out in the nominating contest. But if its a zoo of wannabes more or less at once, Dear Leader is more likely to skate through on the plurality. IMO.

Back in April, Desantis vetoed a bad renewable energy bill, passed by the Republican-controlled legislature, that would have hamstrung roof-top solar.
That's surprising. I wonder what he was thinking. I bet the O&G folks were mad.
I'd have to go back and check out the link. But it was a local utility wanting to limit rooftop solar. Which is funny because one large utility down there has been big on wind power.
WaPost had a mid-November article puffing DeSantis for conservatives, moderates and liberals — and the libs paragraphs pointed to his support for expanding ocean clean-up by something like $1.5 billion. And he's not NEARLY as anti-abortion as many would like — women in Florida can still access abortion up to 14 weeks, and even later with medical reasons.
If it were just a Trump-DeSantis primary, I think it could be a fight. But it will be Trump-DeSantis-and a full clown car of others, getting out on both the right and left side doors. This week's flavor — Gov. Asa Hutchinson. Coming soon to Iowa, New Hampshire, and every other platform they can find: Pence, Pompeo, Haley, Cruz, Cheney, Rick Scott, Tim Scott, Sununu, and probably some others.
