    1. Thanks for the link, MB. Definitely an interesting read. Hopefully, like Trump's 50+ post-election lawsuits, the courtroom will be where this bullshit goes to die.

  1. Close to home, we may be on the verge of getting a court trial about the former Denver mayor and his administration;

    Denverite: Lisa Calderón plans to take her First Amendment case against Hancock and the City and County of Denver to trial

    On Monday, Chief Judge Philip A. Brimmer, of the United States District Court for the District of Colorado, ruled that many of Calderón’s complaints — which run the gamut from First Amendment violations to retaliation and conspiracy allegedly committed by the City and County of Denver, former Mayor Michael Hancock and other city leaders — will be taken up in court.

    “The last administration had spent a significant amount of taxpayer money over 5 years to make the case go away, going from federal district court to the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals and back to the District Court,” said Calderón’s attorney Trish Bangert, in an email. “Yesterday, Chief Judge Brimmer said no – he will not dismiss the case. That means that the case will go to trial and the facts will be brought out to the public.”

  2. (and pleereez send me money!!)

    I’m pretty sure Jenna’s White Prosperity Jesus has zero interest in my ilk.

    This woman literally gave Polis the finger as she fled the state for her freedumb in Florida.

  3. I'm not about to vote for her but Nikki Haley put in the most impressive performance last night.

    (Caveat: I'm registered as unaffiliated. If Dave Williams is unsuccessful in closing the GOP primary next year, I suppose it is possible that if Trump and Haley were the only two left in the race, I could see myself voting for her. But that's about the only way.)

    She dealt with the reproductive choice issue in a pragmatic and non-ideologically rigid way. And as a woman, she speaks with more cred than Mike Pence or Tim Scott.

    But she hit the ball out of the park in taking down Vivek on foreign policy. John McCain would have been proud.

    1. The Colorado Presidential primary is early enough that eligible voters are likely to be able to choose beyond Trump & Haley.

      Sen. Scott [the one officially in the race, not the rich one] looks like he's got enough money now and sources for more that he can stay in at least through Super-er Tuesday, when Colorado and 12 other states will be voting on the Republican candidates.

    1. 215 lbs.

      Does anyone on planet Earth believe Fat Donnie from Queens weighs 215 lbs? Of the many hundreds of thousands of participants in the myriad “Guess Donnies’ weight” betting pools, did ANYONE have 215 pounds…?

      I was looking forward to some verified body shaming (he deserves it) …215 pounds? Did they not weigh one of his legs?

      Oh, right …they got the numbers from his people.

      🙄
