John Eastman, Former Trump Election Lawyer, Should Be Disbarred, Judge Finds – The New York Times (nytimes.com)
Next up:,Jeff Clark
Happy Maundy Thursday, James Comer!
How do we know that that is the real and authentic Rudy Giuliani?
After all, there is no watery fecal matter sliding down the sides of his face.
He has a laundry list of alibis!!
Let's congratulate Comer on his latest LLC. He is just like Hunter Biden.
Those disappointed by not being able to snark about Doug Bruce in the upcoming primary may have some consolation in the most recent release from the Sec. of State:
George Brauchler Qualifies for State Primary Ballot
Denver, Colo – The Elections Division of the Colorado Secretary of State’s Office announced today that George Brauchler, Republican candidate for District Attorney, 23rd Judicial District, has submitted the required number of signatures to appear on the June 25, 2024 State Primary ballot.
Candidates for District Attorney are required to collect 1,000 signatures (or 10% of votes cast in the last election, whichever is smaller) in their district, a requirement outlined by 1-4-801, C.R.S. George Brauchler submitted 1,241 valid signatures, eclipsing the 1,000-signature threshold.
Petition Verification Summary:
Number of qualified signatures submitted: 1,830
Number of entries rejected: 589
Number of entries accepted: 1,241
Number of valid signatures required: 1,000
He's a vile little shit-weasel whose push for the death penalty in the Holmes case probably cost taxpayers $5M
But it got him some great tweets. At least until the judge caught him in the act.
I always thought that disciplinary action should've been taken against Brauchler for that. He told the court he thought he was texting not tweeting, but if I recall he used at least one hashtag. I don't know many people that use hashtags for texts, so in my opinion Brauchler may have lied to the court about that. I think Judge Samour let him off to easy on that one. He'll serve the clown car that is the soon-to-be 23rd JD well. Glad Arapahoe County will no longer be in the same JD as Douglas, Lincoln, and Elbert
A loss for Suzanne Taheri. Tots and pears. https://www.courts.state.co.us/Courts/Court_of_Appeals/Opinion/2024/23CA0989-PD.pdf
Maybe Suzanne Taheri can substitute in for John Eastman in the GOP's federal court case.
When God closes one door, she opens a window.
Today's sage treatment for the Drumpf bible charade. The words of Rev. Benjamin Cremer:
