Unlike Bernie, my concern is less her ability to connect with the Bernie Bros and more a concern for a potential Willie Horton lurking umder the resumé of the head of the second largest justice department in the country.
Except Willie Horton won't be called Willlie Horton. It will be José Sanchez and José will be an undocumented immigrant. In that way the Trump campaign has a three-fer: an appeal to racists, an appeal to xenophobes, and an appeal to folks who are not necessarily racist or xenophobic but just fear and dislike violent criminals being turned loose.
I still think she is an improvement over Biden. She keeps some traditionally blue states blue (i.e., Minnesota, NH, Virginia) and she has a decent chance at carrying some of the swing states needed to win (e.g., PA or AZ, especially if she has Shapiro or Kelly as a running mate).
