CNN reported this morning that 41 voter identifaction laptops in Colorado have been downed by “rogue squirrels” that chewed through power cords.

How do “rogue squirrels” get into 41 different laptop cases to chew through 41 different power cords? Or didn’t someone think to pay for actual cases for the laptops?
