Which is to say, not very well.
Steve Ludwig, the Democratic candidate for CU Regent at-large, is still waiting to find out if he beat Republican Brian Davidson for the job. This story in The Denver Post says that Ludwig is trailing Davidson by 1,292 votes.
Of course, this page on The Denver Post’s Web site says that Ludwig is ahead by 4,047 votes.
And then there’s the Rocky Mountain News, which quotes Ludwig as saying that he is ahead by 6,000 votes (which he repeated to the blog Square State).
So, which is it? Your guess is as good as anyone else’s.
