  1. For lack of a better place to put this posting, hey ColoradoPols, you should have a poll of who you think should/will replace Cheney when he resigns due to health reasons!  Here are some possible candidates:

    Tommy Thompson
    Newt Gingrich
    Colin Powell
    Condi Rice
    Jeb Bush

  2. Your moderate stances have surprised a lot of people on both sides of the aisle. Do you think that your lack of (noticeable) partisanship will negatively affect the legislatures ability to stay Democratic, an arena that requires greater partisanship? In this same vein, you havent been afraid to use your veto pen when you considered the legislatures’ action too partisan, specifically the labor peace act. What motivation do republicans have from attempting a filibuster on this same legislation, legislation you said you would sign if the political process was different, if they know that by insighting partisan infighting you will veto the act?
