After reading his columns and about him, I’ve concluded that Fred Thompson is just another Repulsive Republican Radical. So he’s not my first choice, by far.
I could say the same things about the Empty Suit Obama, and the Defeatocrats exemplified by Harry Reid (hated by the troops, and I know, I work with them), and Hildabeast who has all the charm of Stalin.
I know this is a lefty board, but you’ll like President Thompson – at least he gives you someone articulate to demonize, unlike GW Bush (you gotta admit GWB’s an easy target). And face it, if you had all Democrats in charge, who would you have left to blame but yourselves in all the conspiracy theory and lies with which the Left is engaged these days?
The leftmost fringe is now as bad as all the nutjob Republican “Vince Foster murdered” “Mena Arkansas CIA” Republicans were in the 90’s.
Mental illness – seems to love the folks at the fringe.
And don’t get me started on the “Travis Bickle” tinfoil hat contingent that have attached themselves like lampreys to Ron Paul.
