    1. 1. McCain
      2. Huckabee, Giuliani, *MITT*!!!

      (I just sMITTen, really).

Has anyone heard about Milquetoast Mark’s and Schaffer’s $$$ numbers?  I know that the reporting period ended Saturday…

      1. …we should get together, procreate – oops, damned vasectomy – and make the world a dichotomous place!

        Jus’ kidding.

So, Polsters, why did ModerateGal and me come up with the same Kucinich and Paul top drawer?  What would put them in the same camp?  Other that both being against the war.  Maybe that’s it.

    2. my overall score put me somewhere between Ron Paul and Bill Richardson!  The candidate whose score was furthest from mine:  Rudy!

    3. Apparently it’s a pretty easy swing from Edwards to Paul, given some of the other responses.

All of the Dems did well based on my answers; Paul was the only one who came remotely close on the Republican side.

    1. . . . only 19 percent of Americans supported a pardon for Libby.  Not the same as a commutation of a sentence, of course, but still a good indicator of public sentiment in this case.

Eighteen more months of this President??!!!

    2. Republicans don’t have any problem at all with a Vice Presidential aide outing a CIA operative, but let anyone out a Republican congressman or an anti-gay minister as gay, and watch them go nuts….

      Talk about screwed up values…

  1. Rowe/Cheney are absolutely brilliant. They wield power like  light sabers. They know every crack in the constitution, they defey the Congress with impunity. Their one goal is getting power, keeping it and expanding it.  They will be studied for generations….if there are generations to come.

politics is about power. It is not about ethics, philosophy, values, or who is sleeping with whom.  It is about power and they never forget it.

Of course, it would have been nice if they had been running US foreign policy with that kind of brilliance…..we might have had peace in our time……foreign policy is all about money to fuel domestic policy which is all about power…

    GBA and happy fourth scotter.
