Video: Tom Tancredo Gives Pro-Hudak Demonstrators The Finger

Little additional commentary needed for this clip of video yesterday from 112th and Sheridan in Westminster:

That's former Congressman Tom Tancredo, Republican candidate for Governor of Colorado.

You may consider the debate over the recall of Senator Evie Hudak thusly elevated.

  1. And that's what he thinks of all Colorado citizens who don't  agree with his views. He has never had any interest in listening to the concerns of all of his constituents. I know. I was his constituent for longer than I care to remember and, regardless of  left/right policy issues he was a really lousy Rep.

It's all strictly and narrowly partisan as far as he's concerned. Just like Gessler. Neither would have any intention of being the Governor of all of Colorado's people. They would simply see it as a platform to advance their own agenda.

And no, that hasn't been the case with former Colorado Governors from either side of the aisle or  with the present Governor who generally pisses off Dems more than he pisses off Rs.

Gessler is a GOTP partisan hack and Tancredo doesn't care about anything, certainly not his party or any particular ideology, except as party and ideology can be used to keep his B-list rightie wacko celebrity burnished for personal career purposes. He's a mean, vulgar, little piss ant.

  2. Tom's actions do not bother me. I gave the finger to the pro-recall people yesterday whilst driving by some.
As a registered Republican (GOP: The Party of Hate®), I look forward to voting in the upcoming primary for the "best" candidate to lose in the general.

    1. But you're not running for Governor. I think we expect Governors to exhibit at least a smidge of gravitas and an iota of class. In public, anyway, which nowadays candidates and office holders pretty much always are. If you or I give anyone the finger, who knows or cares? wink

      1. Bet you get lot of annoying e-mails. I just signed up on my neighbor-then-R-state Senator's list to be polite once and for years kept getting e-mails that my Republican party membership was expiring (unlike you was never anything but registered Dem) and I needed to send money and re-up.

  3. Tommy Tancredo is just being himself, and got caught in the act.  As a career politico, he loves all the attention and it sure beats the proberbial rocking chair of most of his political contemporaries!

    1. Actually he's been more of a career rightie celeb than a pol, like a B or C list Palin, since he quit being a Rep.  Not much of a career as a politician since then if the point is to get elected to something. But shooting your mouth off and not being bothered with the work of actually serving as any kind of elected official sure beats working for living. I bet nobody is happier than Tanc that he can run all he wants to keep his name out there without any fear of ever being elected and having to do the work or behave with a semblance of dignity.  Don't think he or Palin care much for the "servant" part of "public servant".
