   1. Mike's (and the TEA party's) mentality is more in line with the tale of the scorpion and the frog:

      A scorpion and a frog meet on the bank of a stream.  The scorpion asks the frog to carry him across on its back. The frog asks, "How do I know you won't sting me?" The scorpion says, "because if I sting you while you cross the stream, surely I shall drown ."

      The frog is satisfied, and they set out. But in midstream, the scorpion stings the frog. The frog feels the onset of paralysis and starts to sink, but has just enough time to gasp "Why? Now you shall surely drown!"

      The scorpion replies: "Because it is my nature."

   1. Update: Andrew Romanoff is a wizard! Going back in time, taking control of Mike Coffman's body and forcing him to say those things, all while taking a video to put on the internet years later! I think we'd all better vote for Romanoff. Mama always told me to stay on a wizard's good side.

   2. Yes!  It's also the same year Coffman:

      Noted that “The Dream Act will be a nightmare for the American people. No doubt, we need immigration reform but the Dream Act is written far too broadly and it will only encourage more illegal immigration, promote chain migration, and will be a magnet for fraud.”

      Met with (first ever recalled in Arizona) Senator Russell Pearce, well known for his love of immigrants, and assuted the senator of his support for and belief in the constitutionality of SB 1070.

      Noted that Tommy Tanc "is his hero" at a TEA party event

      And 2010 is only two years before Coffman said:

      "I don't know whether Barack Obama was born in the United States of America. I don't know that," Coffman was recorded as saying. "But I do know this, that in his heart, he's not an American. He's just not an American."

4. The rise of the millennials can come none too soon.  To paraphrase from a Kenny Chesney song, "they're a little messed up but they're all alright". I like their kind of "messed up".   Candidates like Coffman and Gardner will be few and far between, instead of the current level of infestation we have to deal with.    

   Stopping the gerrymandering would be the icing on the cake.
