Hassling the D. Post. I Love it!

Just saw this today on SquareState.  I am always fishing for good posts on Amendment 47, the Work for Less initiative, and this one caught my eye.

Pretty simple, it actually just asks people to contact Andy Vuong at the Post and tell him to get his facts straight when reporting on Prop 47.  He consistently claims the amendment would ban forced union membership, which it does not, since no one can be forced to join a union.

All it does is stop non-union employees from paying their fair share of the cost of the unions representing them, which the unions have to do.  You get a service, you pay for it.  Simple.  But Amendment 47 takes that simple fairness principle and trashes it.  Its all about letting people freeload of their hardworking fellow employees who do join the union.

But I digress.  Next time Andy screws it up in one of his stories, lets call him on it.

HIs contact info is here if you do not want to read the original post on SquareState.

Andy Vuong:  303-954-1209 or avuong@denverpost.com
