Republican Presidential candidate Donald Trump has picked up a remarkable percentage of support in the last 10 months (since he first announce he would run for President).
As “The Fix” reports, one graphic alone shows just how amazingly consistent Trump’s rise has been over the last year:
Trump’s improvement on the “could you see yourself voting for him” question is amazing enough in a vacuum. When you compare his rise on the question to, say, how Jeb Bush has fared on it, you begin to appreciate the true remarkableness of what Trump has done.

Coincidence?
The similarities are amazing………..
I'm not sure it's instructive, but I thought it was interesting that his supportability stalled out around the pancreas, then increased significantly once it reached the anus.
right…the further from the brain, his support grows….
Insightful article about how the GOP paved the way for Trump's current success:
Speaking of "tickling a dragon's tail, Davie, that reminds me of a proverb from a science fiction series I read. "Though it is rare to chain a dragon to roast your meat. it is far from well done."
Would that be from George R.R. Martin's "A Song of Ice and Fire"?
If it had been a Biden/Trump race, I would have voted for Biden. Instead, I'll likely just vote libertarian.
Yeah winky wink. "If those Democrats would have been more accommodating with their candidates then by golly I would have given them a look see even though I know in my gut like George Bush that Climate Change is hoax and helping the poor reads really good in the New Testament. It makes me tingle with self-righteousness every time I walk past the donation box for the poor at church".
Uh-huh.
You would vote against your most cherished myths and self-deceptions if only Democrats just nominated the right person. That was one barf worthy post you phony baloney fool. Biden supports Climate Change mitigation policies and nutritional assistance to those facing hunger.
Ten cents says you vote for Trump in the General and do it with the smug self-satisfaction that this billionaire really is going to look out after your interests. You'll convince yourself through self-hypnosis that the Donald really isn't a narcissistic prick.
I am having a blast these days asking my GOP tax clients who they are supporting. Like you, most say they don't like any of them. So, I ask why they hate America. I mean, really, you can't name one person you kind of like in the primary?? Of course, they hate all politicians, of all stripes — Obama, GW Bush, Clinton, HW Bush, even Reagan (he raised Social Security taxes).
I guess Lincoln would say of today's GOP, "You can't please some of the people any of the time."
They should just leave the freakin' country — Love it or leave it, assholes.
Even I have to give the SOB credit for playing the 9/11 card in an appropriate way. Here's to New York Values over Calgary Values.
I could see myself voting for Trump.
Against Cruz, Carson, Fiorina, or any other number of lunatics.
Against a qualified opponent, no.
And, it gets better.

"Quarter of Republicans think Cruz's birthplace disqualifies him for president: poll
…
with 27 percent of all voters and 28 percent of independents responding he should be disqualified.
And that ace constitutional litigator and duck eater found himself named as a defendant in a lawsuit filed today by a (can you believe it) Texan challenging Cruz' right to run for president given his Canadian birth.
And the N.Y. Times front page is reporting that the GOP is desperately seeking an alternative to Trump and Cruz.
Where are you, Willard Mittens Romney? Your party needs you!
Tanned, rested and ready, but stuck in his car garage.
Perhaps you mean car elevator. Cars just weren't meant to travel by elevator – they don't know what button to push.
Please tell me that chart is either GOP voters only, or is another WSJ fantasy poll…
Oh, thank FSM, YHWH, and anyone else who sides with the light.
