Fresh off his game-changing endorsements of Marco Rubio and then Ted Cruz, Colorado’s junior U.S. Senator Cory Gardner is putting his trademark plastic charm to work helping Arizona Sen. John McCain–who is facing the toughest challenge of his long career from Rep. Ann Kirkpatrick:
Senator Cory Gardner recognizes that we need John McCain’s experienced leadership now more than ever. #AZSen #COSenhttps://t.co/F54I3ZfDAp
— Team McCain (@TeamMcCain) May 19, 2016
We hope this ends better than “Marcomentum”–or failing that, at least there’s lots of time between now and November to forget about this, like Gardner’s ill-fated endorsement of Personhood. At some point, it’s just simple odds that Gardner is going to endorse someone who wins.
Or, maybe he gains a reputation for endorsements one should do without.

Unfortunately McCain is as close to reasonable as today's GOP gets. A sad statement for today's GOP.
Yeah, but even McCain kowtows to the Teahadists now. Sad
McCain has completely disgraced himself. First he was willing to put a completely unqualified nut case a heart beat away from th nuclear codes. Now he's willing to support another completey unqualified nut case to have those codes starting January 2017. He used to be a hero. Not anymore. Not by a long shot.
I wish that Cory would hurry up and endorse Drümpf already …
…. it's way past time to flush that turd! (Drümpf, I mean …)
Cory and George Will need to get together and go into the predicting business. Although always wrong, it will be useful for all others to bet on the actual winners.
