. . . just how many other James Holmes' out there right now admire and greatly appreciate both Ted Nugent's advocating for their unfettered ability to amass their own personal arsenal, and George Brauchler's inability to obtain a conviction?
I thought he got a conviction but didn't get the death penalty, which was the punishment he wanted for Holmes.

Broccoli basically got, after a financially (for the taxpayers) and emotionally (for the surviving victims and the families of the dead) draining trial, the same thing that the public defenders offered him before trial. Life without parole. Ever.
I’m sure that Holmes, at least, appreciated all of Brauchler's attention-seeking efforts for providing him with all that attention that he was seeking by his crimes.
