Trumpcare stinks. Today the country is upwind.
Trump Calls For ‘Rough’ Policing, Gives Blessing To Law Enforcement Abuses
Law Enforcement Officers Laugh and Applaud.
Remember NYC's finest who shoved a toilet plunger up that innocent man's ass while chanting, "it's Giuliani time!"
As I recall, that cost the city about $2,000,000.
Edith would be out of patience with Senate Republicans today. I bet they are shell shocked this morning. I am but not in a bad way.
"Shit! Seven years of [Obamacare Repeal] down the drain!"
The incredible spectacle of the Trump administration falling apart continues. The buffoon in chief appointed a new communications chief to spruce up his image. That genius promptly told a reporter, on the record, that the resident's chief strategist "sucks his own cock."
And the buffoon in chief says he is the "most presidential" person to ever occupy the office except for Abraham Lincoln. So much for George Washington, Thomas Jefferson and a host of others.
Trump stinks. Lord, he stinks. Today's message that Trump stinks is brought to you by the attorney General of the United States, Jefferson Beauregard Sessions.
Stay upwind, my friends.
the resident's chief strategist "sucks his own cock."
You can't say that this administration lacks unusual skills….
I hope horrible things happen to Republicans. I say that because it seems the only time Republicans do the right thing is because something horrible has happened to them personally.
Some examples: John McCain votes against ACA repeal after he personally faces a life threatening disease and personally understands the need for health care. Bret Stephens, a conservative columnist recently hired by the NY Times today writes how he now realizes that Trump lies. That is because the Trump Administration lied about his supposed outing of a spy and he didn't receive a personal apology. And, of course, the classic Nancy Reagan concern about Alzheimer's only after Ronnie is afflicted.
Republicans have no empathy. They only do the right thing when it hits them in the face with a sledge hammer. So, I hope they all suffer, for the good of the country.
Amen!
This precious snowflake is scared of the terrible Transfolk.
– Wayne Allyn Root, right wing commentator and radio host
Manly men …. who are only afraid of things that scare them!
And they'll continue to be a-scairt, because the Pentagon is not dismissing any serving transgender troops. It sounds as if all of the brass are scratching their heads or other parts and wondering WTF the President wanted them to do. Military policy is not made via tweet.
and
The Rand study found it very difficult to tally transgender troops. It estimated between 1,320 and 6,600. It also made a midrange estimate of 2,450. One reason the cost of treating trans troops is low is that there aren't many of them.
The tweets were too well-written to have been the work of Derp Fuehrer. Odds are it was someone like Bannon or Pence who got hold of his phone.
They should have thrown a "covfefe" in to make it look authentic.
Well, yeah. Where did you think all this hatred/fear of the evil LGBT folks was coming from? The Yam? I don’t think he actually gives a fig. I see Pence's fine hand in this. He's the flaming jesus freak who wants to force all those poor mixed-up people into conversion torture. When he was still governor of Indiana he wanted to zero out the HIV prevention budget to send all those people to conversion camp so they'd never get infected, to begin with.
So, after reading that, anyone else besides Moderatus be checking themselves . . .?
WOTD From Josh Marshall:
Carnholio, report for shill duty. We need to be told why Steve Bannon's ability to suck his own cock makes America great again!
2 Live Drew is a special snowflake whose side just lost a major legislative battle. He needs a safe space where he can suck his own dick. Small though it may be.
The Stoopid is strong with this one:
The horror! Next we'll learn that lottery losers pay for those jackpots!
Eventually they might even figure out that one of the main reason we spend so much on social safety net programs is because companies don't pay the peons enough to survive on their own. Then where will we be?
And…a new chief of staff. DHS head Gen John Kelly. Management by tweet
You beat me to it, Pseudo. Below is the Washington Post link.
Just off the wires from The Washington Post: https://www.washingtonpost.com/news/post-politics/wp/2017/07/28/white-house-chief-of-staff-reince-priebus-will-be-replaced-by-homeland-security-secretary-john-f-kelly-trump-says/?utm_term=.df7d2892acc6
There goes the rent money. Damn.
Who'd you bet on, G.G.?
I would have been in for the newly single Mooch.
Ken Buck will have two town halls tomorrow – one in Sterling at 11 am, and one in Burlington at 4 pm. Full schedule (from the ALEC website – how nice of them!) is here. Also on Ken Buck's website.
Somebody's learned the lesson not to ignore one's constituents, as ornery as they might be.
Switching deck chairs on the Trumptanic:
Retired General John Kelly will be chief of staff, cause Trump likes him some generals. In uniform.
Kelly is leaving his deputy secretary, Elaine Duke, in charge as Acting Secretary at Department of Homeland Security. Duke is a career Federal servant who has served now in 3 administrations. She is reportedly skeptical about the need for a physical "Wall" on the southern border, and favors electronic surveillance instead. She was confirmed with bipartisan support.
So that's some good news. Yes, we are at the point of being grateful when someone in the Trump administration knows how to do their job.
